How to Redeem

After entering the garage, please contact the garage office at (213)-955-7945 to get a validation ticket for your parking pass. You can also stop in the garage office before exiting. The garage office is located on Level 4 of the garage, on the 8th Street side. If parking after garage office hours, pull a ticket upon entry and park anywhere that is not marked reserved. When exiting, press the call button. Read your ParkChirp transaction ID and the number from the ticket you pulled. Once your reservation is confirmed, the gate will raise and you are on your way!
