This garage is located in Downtown Phoenix, AZ near shopping, restaurants, night life, and sports events. The facility is a covered parking garage, conveniently located off 2nd Avenue & Monroe Street.

The garage only provides parking for building tenants and their visitors.

• Flat Rate of $10.00each, Daily Parking Availability from 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday, No Overnight/After-Hours Parking
• Require Customer to provide License Plate and Phone Number
• Maximum Vehicle Height restricted to 6’4”, Low Clearance.
• Driver must present Reservation/Pass upon entry to the Garage.
• NO Back-in Parking.

“How to Redeem”:

• Take a ticket from Entry machine and the gate will open.
• Look for the Attendant on Parking Level P1, and provide your pass/reservation info.
• You may park anywhere along the wall on Level P1, or as directed by the Attendant.
• To exit you must present your ticket & Pass/Reservation to the Attendant.
• No In & Out Parking Privileges; you must pay to re-enter.
