This garage is located in Downtown Phoenix, AZ near shopping, restaurants, night life, and sports events. The facility is a covered parking garage, conveniently located off 2nd Avenue & Monroe Street.

• Require Customer to provide License Plate and Phone Number
• Maximum Vehicle Height restricted to 6’4”, Low Clearance.
• Driver must present Reservation/Pass upon entry to the Garage.
• NO Back-in Parking.

“How to Redeem”:

• • Scan QR Code the Entry Kiosk and the Gate Arm will Open.
  • You may park in any space Not marked "Reserved" on any level
  • Please use the Elevator or Stairs, and walk out through the Building Main Lobby to your destination.
  • Pedestrian re-entry to retrieve your vehicle is through the 111 W Monroe Building Lobby, by scanning your pass/QR code on the mini-kiosk.
  • When you are ready to drive out, Scan your QR Code on the exit Kiosk to Open the Gate Arm;
  • If applicable, Approach the Security Roll Gate at the top of the exit ramp to trigger opening
  • No In & Out Parking Privileges; you must pay to re-enter.
