Russell Investments Center Garage

Russell Investments Center Garage is a covered parking facility. It is in the heart of the financial district in downtown Seattle. It is steps away from Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium and Waterfront.

The garage hosts all parking for Seattle Art Museum events and also accommodates shoppers and visitors to local attractions.

Registration for EV Access

Electric vehicle charging stations are limited to tenants only. Please follow the instructions below to set up your access for the ABM charging stations.

1. Download the ABM EV OS application on your phone from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Set up an account on the app.

3. Once the account is set up, go to "profile tab" at the bottom right corner and select "ABM Cards & Membership Plans".

4. Select "Add ABM Card or Plan" and scan the QR code provided by the ABM team.

5. Once the membership card is added, go to the "Charging" tab, select "Get Started", and scan QR code on the device through the application.

6. Follow the prompts to add payment information and start charging your vehicle.

The garage entrance is located on Union Street.

Inbound traffic: Take a left from 1st Ave to Union Street and enter the garage through the far-right lane or the middle reversible lane (open inbound 5am to 9am only).

Outbound Traffic: All vehicles exiting the garage must take a right and turn on Union Street through the exit or reversible lane (open outbound 9am to close).
